Ground shipping is free in the continental United States with orders of $49 or more. An $4.99 flat fee will apply to all orders below $49
Currently, our website only accommodates shipments within the United States. For international requests, please email us at [email protected] see if an order can be processed to your requested country.
We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for shipping.
Returns
Pryde Skin Care offers products of integrity. All items purchased from prydeskincare.com must be returned to prydeskincare.com. Similarly, prydeskincare.com can only issue refunds or accept returns & exchanges for items purchased on prydeskincare.com. Product purchased from our purveyors should be returned to the purveyor.
Items must be unopened and returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of product. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.
Customers who would like to return or exchange a product should email [email protected] to be provided with a return address.
We do not cover shipping costs for returned items.
If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email [email protected] to be connected with a Pryde representative.
Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value. Please note legibly on the sales receipt which product is to be issued once the return parcel is received.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
